The A3/M3 are both easily accessed, as are both Farnham and Haslemere mainline stations, with their regular services into Waterloo. The area enjoys easy access to an array of outdoor pursuits, including riding, sailing at Frensham Pond, golf at nearby Hindhead, walks around the Devils Punchbowl, Frensham Ponds and Common, Bourne Woods and Alice Holt, and some of the finest cycle routes in the country.
